Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time is between 1-3 weeks, though may be longer during peak times. Orders are made in order they are received. Rushed orders may be subject to an additional fee.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Depending on shipping option chosen at checkout and your shipping address, this can vary from 2-7 days. We do our best to ship every day the US post office is open.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not allowed on personalized items after production has begun. Most other items may be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. Please contact us at help@joyandglittercrafts.com to inquire about cancelling your order.

 

WRONG OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

Orders will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please confirm the address is correct before submitting your order. Any package returned for an insufficient or incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
